About

I am an ambitious and compassionate woman with a rich background in education and entrepreneurship. As an educator, entrepreneur, and mindful motivation coach, I bring 15 years of experience teaching both in India and abroad. I founded and have successfully led my own preschool for the past decade, serving as both founder and Principal.

My work includes mentoring, coaching, and counseling parents to support their children's holistic development and guiding around 150 teaching and non-teaching staff members. I hold a PG Diploma in Human Resource Development, a B.Ed., and am a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programmer, with a foundational degree in Science. My teaching journey began in Rourkela, Odisha, and has been further enriched by international training and development programs. I am known for my positivity, enthusiasm, and forward-thinking approach.
